Shipping & Collection

After completing payment, most people simply want to know how and when they will receive the watch.

Before the watch is handed over, we make sure everything matches the listing.

The watch, box, papers, and accessories included in the listing are checked once more.

Once everything is ready, the watch is prepared for collection or shipping.

You can choose to collect the watch yourself or have it shipped to you.

We will let you know once the watch is ready for collection.
Collection is by appointment.
If you would like someone else to collect the watch on your behalf, please let us know in advance.

If you prefer shipping, the watch will be shipped through DHL.
Shipping insurance is arranged before dispatch in case the watch is lost or damaged during transit.
A tracking number will be provided once the watch has been dispatched.
A separate Logistics Invoice will be issued for the shipping and insurance costs.
