IWC has introduced the Ingenieur Tourbillon 41, pairing a flying minute tourbillon with an 18-carat 5N gold case and olive green dial.

IWC Schaffhausen has introduced the Ingenieur Tourbillon 41 (Ref. IW345901) at Watches and Wonders Geneva 2026.

Limited to 100 pieces, the new flagship Ingenieur combines an 18-carat 5N gold case and integrated bracelet with an olive green "Grid" dial and a flying minute tourbillon at 6 o'clock. It is powered by the IWC-manufactured 82905 calibre, featuring a Pellaton winding system and an 80-hour power reserve.

Additional details include 18-carat Armor Gold bezel screws, Diamond Shell coated escapement components, ceramic winding system parts, and detailed finishing throughout the case, bracelet, dial, and movement.

What We Noticed

What stays with us is seeing a tourbillon inside the Ingenieur for the first time.

The familiar Gérald Genta-inspired design is still there. The integrated bracelet, visible bezel screws, and patterned "Grid" dial all feel Ingenieur unmistakably. Then, at 6 o'clock, a flying minute tourbillon turns beneath the olive green dial, suspended from gold-coated bridges. Against the warm tones of the 18-carat 5N gold case and bracelet, the rotating cage is the detail that keeps drawing the eye back.
